Salary range $113,574 - $125,720 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
About the role
The Data Warehouse Support Officer provides frontline support and technical assistance to ensure the department's data analytics environment remains stable, reliable and responsive to end-user needs.
The role troubleshoots issues, resolves incidents, and supports users with access, reporting and data queries.
It also contributes to system testing by validating new features, identifying defects, and supporting release activities to maintain the quality and integrity of data products and platforms.

About you
You have a strong interest in data warehousing, data pipelines, and production support environments.
Eager to learn, continuously improve, and grow within a data-focused environment.
You are comfortable using basic SQL to investigate data issues and validate data accuracy.
Showing experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot data ingestion and integration issues.
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's
Aboriginal Education Policy
and upholding the
Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG
and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
Tertiary qualifications in IT and/or equivalent relevant experience




Valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check)
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the
value of public education
