roots originate from the United Kingdom and we are now delighted to be coming to WA this September.
Recent to Nedlands, Mokoko will be a neighbourhood bakery built on simple ingredients and authentic methods of production.
Specialising in Viennoiserie, made from scratch each morning, with nothing unnecessary, no additives, no shortcuts.
Just great baking, done properly.

The Role
We are looking for a dedicated
Pastry Chef
with a genuine passion for viennoiserie to join our kitchen team.
Reporting to the Sous Chef and Head Chef, your sole focus will be crafting exceptional viennoiserie to our uncompromising standards.
Our systems and reference materials exist to support and direct your work, taking away the guesswork and setting you up to succeed.
We are open to applications for
Full-Time (Salaried at $75,000 per year)
as well as
Part-Time and Casual (Hourly rate)

Related experience is required and an interest in viennoiserie is important.
We like to keep things simple, classy and beautiful, with the aim to provide the right people the right opportunities.
Our systems and reference materials exist to both support and direct, providing information to help make Mokoko and everyone who is part of it a success.
The role will involve working 5 days a week, starting from 5.00am with later starts on some days (weekend and public holiday availability is required, there are no night shifts).
