What you'll be doing




As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide safe, effective and culturally responsive care.
You'll play a vital role in supporting patients through their treatment journey while developing your clinical capabilities.
In this role you will:
Assist in the assessment, planning and delivery of nursing care.
Communicate and document accurate, timely patient information.
Build therapeutic relationships with patients, carers and colleagues.
Prioritise tasks to meet patient care objectives efficiently.
Promote ongoing learning and adhere to professional standards.

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.




Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
