Role Description
This listing is for Casual gardening/yard maintenance work in the Gold Coast area.
Your role will involve but not limited to Mowing, Line trimming, Hedge trimming, Weeding, Pressure cleaning and other yard maintenance tasks as well as maintaining equipment, including the need to mix 2-stroke fuels.
If you have your own equipment or if you have a Horticulture certificate (or equivalent) we're happy to discuss about getting supervisor rates, please advise.
Travel Pay
The role includes the payment for, and requirement to drive between client locations so a drivers license is a MUST.
You will be required to work solo and also in teams.
Position: Gardening and Landscaping Services Award Level 2 (or 3)
Rate:



$***** p/hr (or $***** for level 3 applicants) -> SUPER is on top of this (no insurance required as this is a protected role as per government award and not a role requiring your own ABN/insurances)
Allowance: Fuel allowance as per award
Travel Time: Paid at hourly rate p/hr between jobs
Equipment fuel and misc expenses: Paid by company
Requirements
Tow bar on vehicle (or ute)
Experience in Gardening (weeding, checking oil, mixing 2-stroke oil, checking filters, using safety equipment)
Experience with 2-stroke multi tool operation (i.e. hedge trimmer, edger, chainsaw, blower etc)
Vehicle suited to towing and safely storing Gardening equipment
Appropriate safe footwear for gardening
Licence Rego papers 3rd party property insurance
Mobile phone with data and understanding of basic app use
Working visa information (if applicable)
TFN (Tax File Number)
An English level to communicate with clients
Smile/Friendly attitude
