Selection Criteria
:
Must hold general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or ability to be registered at time of commencement.
Demonstrated experience to conduct functional assessments of consumers within the Mental Health Unit and to develop therapeutic care plans to address their needs.
Evidence in the development and implementation of both group and individual programs to Mental Health consumers.
Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, set priorities and complete tasks with attention to detail in a complex work environment.
Demonstrated understanding of a recovery focused model of care.
Demonstrated capacity for effective teamwork.
Demonstrated computer skills.
Current Driver's licence.
