What you'll be doing
Line Managing a multidisciplinary mental health team offering crisis mental health support to the local community




People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Registered Nurse-Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) AND Relevant management tertiary qualification OR equivalent work experience, OR a combination of study and work experience; and demonstrated commitment to professional development.
Demonstrated ability to lead manage and support a team in a dynamic fast paced mental health environment
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Applications, roster management systems and electronic medical records.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in change management and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
