Nurse Manager – Single Assessment Service

About the role
The Nurse Manager for the Single Assessment Service oversees the management and operations of the Single Assessment workforce.
The role works closely with recent, continuing and existing assessment services, to support the needs of the older person living with the Western NSW Local Health District.
The Aged Care Division delivers a range of clinical and non-clinical services across the entire Health District to support older people in their families, enabling them to remain supported in their home.
Our Aged Care teams and programs have a strong commitment to advocacy, restorative care and reablement back to wellness and independence.
The role will enjoy cooperation and support within a strong leadership team.
Significant challenges can be expected in a changing aged care environment, which needs to respond to a growing patient population and Commonwealth and State health reforms impacting on operations.
