Registered Nurse – Same Day Day of Surgery Unit
Our Same Day Day of Surgery Unit will be relocating to the new John Hunter North building in September - offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and evolving service.

This is a dynamic role suited to a Registered Nurse who enjoys variety and working in a high-turnover setting:
Prepare patients for a range of surgical and medical procedures
Provide care and support through to same-day discharge
Work in a fast-paced unit with new patients every day
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team
Contribute to a strong team-based culture
Operation
Our unit is open Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 8:30pm
Weekend shifts available for acute hand surgery as required

An eligibility list will be created for future permanent part time and temporary part time vacancies.
Job share / part time arrangements will be considered.
