KintaCo Early Learning

About the Role
We're actively seeking
casual Certificate III and Diploma qualified Educators
to join our dynamic teams at one of our three locations: South Perth, Lathlain, or Bayswater.
Many of our casual educators transition into permanent positions,



making this an excellent pathway for career advancement.

We're looking for experienced educators with a strong knowledge base who can hit the ground running and work proactively and collaboratively with our existing teams.
All casual educators have the flexibility to work across all three centres to ensure shift allocation, or they can choose to work primarily at a preferred location.

What We're Looking For
Prior experience in Long Day Care
with a solid knowledge base, ready to hit the ground running.
Comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework
, including the Law, Regulations, National Quality Standards, and the Early Years Learning Framework.
Experience using
Story Park
is a plus.
The ability to contribute to a
harmonious, professional, and positive work culture
.
Excellent communication skills
, both verbal and written, when interacting with parents, staff, and senior management.
The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and autonomously.
A
current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
are essential.
