The Opportunity
You will be responsible for:
• Managing a diverse portfolio of SME clients across various industries
• Providing business advisory and tax solutions beyond traditional compliance
• Building trusted relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
• Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and compliance engagements
• Identifying opportunities for tax planning and value-add advisory services
• Working closely with Partners on client strategies and business decisions
• Mentoring and supporting junior accountants within the team
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice
About You
You will ideally have:




• 5+ years' experience within Australian public practice accounting
• Strong Business Services and Tax experience
• Experience managing client relationships and portfolios
• CA/CPA qualified (preferred) or equivalent public practice experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Confident communication skills and a commercial mindset
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with Partners and senior leaders
