How do we create an exceptional experience for every person who walks through our doors?

We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist
But not just any receptionist...
When you join our practice, you are the
Director of First Impressions
.
You help create the calm.
You set the tone.
You are often the first voice and the first face our clients meet — sometimes on very vulnerable days.
Put simply,
you are an invaluable part of our clients' journey and our team.
This role will suit you if you:
Love connecting with people and communicating warmly
Have great attention to detail and enjoy being organised
Value learning, growth, and doing things well




Work comfortably as part of a team and independently
Care deeply about kindness, respect, and compassionate care
Have a minimum of 2 years' receptionist experience
Possess mandatory customer service experience
Are experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and medical software
