Shift Supervisor
to join and lead the
Production Operations Team
based in
O'Sullivans Beach
.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will lead, coach and empower Production Operators across a range of manufacturing areas, maintaining a high-visibility presence on the floor and leading by example.
Ideal for a leader who understands the physical, mechanical and technical demands of a manufacturing environment, this role requires close collaboration with Planning, Maintenance, Despatch and other operational teams to ensure the safe, efficient and on-time delivery of products to our customers.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering a strong safety culture, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across the operation.
As a key member of our operations team, you'll
enjoy working a rotating shift pattern
of one week on day shift and one week on afternoon shift, along with a monthly RDO.

What Will You Do?
With a strong focus on teamwork, you will be:
providing clear direction and oversight to ensure all mill operations run smoothly
working closely with your team to manage daily operations, ensuring they have the guidance and/or support needed to meet workload demands
identifying practical ways to improve performance and mitigate risks, with a consistent focus on achieving on-time delivery for our customers
overseeing essential administrative duties, including accurate payroll processing, incident reporting, and maintaining operational data
actively developing the team's technical capabilities to help them progress and master their roles
