About the role
Ghanda Clothing is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at our Geelong Head Office.
This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to lead our visual merchandising team and execute the company's visual merchandising strategy.
As Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling in-store experiences that drive customer engagement and sales.
You will be at the forefront of bringing our brand vision to life, ensuring our retail spaces are visually stunning, organised and optimised for customer journey and product visibility.
This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence and contributing directly to the commercial success of Ghanda Clothing.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
Own the VM calendar ensuring all deadlines are met and stores are supported, including memo creation, inspiration, front tables, windows, mannequins, POP, etc.
Design and create compelling window displays, point-of-sale materials and in-store signage that attract customers and communicate key product messages.
Optimise product presentation to enhance traffic flow and customer experience.
Oversee the maintenance and refreshing of displays to ensure consistency with brand standards and current visual trends.
Collaborate with store management, marketing and product teams to ensure visual presentations support business objectives and sales targets.
Monitor competitor visual strategies and industry trends to inform and enhance our merchandising approach.
Train and mentor visual merchandising team members and store staff on display standards and best practices.
Manage visual merchandising budgets, resources and timelines effectively.
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to refine visual strategies and maximise product performance.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in visual merchandising, ideally within retail or consumer products,



with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
Strong creative flair and artistic eye with an ability to translate brand vision into compelling visual concepts.
Outstanding calendar management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership capability and experience in training and motivating team members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Strong computer proficiency with MS Office, and VM software.
Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs and seasonal demands
Knowledge of fashion, clothing retail and consumer trends is highly desirable
