Through your transformational leadership style, you will inspire your teams to deliver service excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our residents experience safe, respectful, and person-centred care.Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will:Provide strategic and operational leadership ensuring the consistent delivery of secure, person-centred care across our residential aged care services.Foster a positive and values-driven culture, promoting employee engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.Develop and implement service delivery plans that uphold resident dignity, autonomy and wellbeing.Oversee the residential admissions process and drive strategies to optimise occupancy.Provide executive oversight of the AN-ACC function to support funding and clinical excellence.Ensure ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, relevant legislation, and organisational policies.Why Work For Us?
