About The Role And Where You Will Be Working
Deliver exceptional customer service while overseeing the administration and management of accounts payable.
Ensure accurate, timely payments to vendors and contractors, maintaining compliance with agreed terms and fostering strong business relationships.
This is a max term full time position based in Rivervale, WA commencing on the 31st of August **** until 20th of November ****.
Duties For This Role May Include The Following
Responsible for the timely processing and payment of a high volume of vendor invoices and payment requisitions utilising company procedures and protocolsReceive invoices, check for accuracy and match with purchase orders and/or delivery docketsEnsure compliance with appropriate authorisation proceduresForward invoices for approval if requiredFollow up queries on invoices with the Heads of Department or Managers
To Be Considered For This Role You'll Be
A minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role in a large and complex service delivery organisationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracyDemonstrate ability to accurately process a high volume of invoices dailyDemonstrated knowledge of and understanding of relevant Accounts payable practices and principalsStrong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise responsibilities and multitask
