Depending on your experience, you may commence as a
Sales Assistant
, with the opportunity to develop into a
Sales Associate
, or an experienced candidate may be ready to step directly into the Sales Associate role.
The Role
Sales Assistant
Working closely alongside an experienced agent, you will gain hands-on exposure to the entire sales process while developing the skills and knowledge needed to progress your career.
Your responsibilities may include:
Preparing and coordinating property listings
Managing buyer enquiries and follow-up
Attending and assisting with open homes
Preparation of prospecting activities
Maintaining and managing the client database
Managing social media and property advertising
Preparing and managing sales documentation and contracts
Providing general administration support throughout the sales process
The goal is not for you to remain an assistant forever.
For the right person, this position is designed to provide a pathway towards becoming a Sales Associate and developing your own career in real estate sales.
Sales Associate
For candidates with suitable experience, the role may commence at Associate level.
Working alongside an experienced agent, you will have the opportunity to further develop your own profile and client base, including:
Prospecting and generating new business
Building and maintaining relationships with prospective vendors and buyers
Appraising and listing properties
Managing your own property listings
Conducting open homes and buyer follow-up




Negotiating and selling properties
Developing your own pipeline and presence within the local market
Who We're Looking For
Experience in real estate or sales will be highly regarded, but
it isn't essential
.
More importantly, we're looking for someone who is:

Motivated and genuinely interested in building a career in real estate
Organised and able to manage competing priorities
Comfortable making phone calls and developing new relationships
Professional in their communication and presentation

Driven by results without losing sight of great customer service
A current driver's licence is
essential

A current Property Representative Licence is preferred, but not essential for the right applicant.
