You will:Oversee all site operations including budgets, workforce, and service delivery to ensure seamless, high-quality careLead quality and compliance activities to enable person-centred care that honours each resident's dignity, preferences and needsInspire, mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team fostering a positive workplace culture built on respect and collaborationBuild robust relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders through compassionate,



transparent communicationChampion a culture of continuous improvement as we strive to be better and meet the changing needs of residentsManage financial performance while never compromising on care excellenceLeverage the expertise of our central team to ensure full compliance with the Aged Care Act ****, Quality Standards, and all regulatory requirements.About YouRelevant qualifications in Health, Nursing or ManagementDemonstrated experience in Residential Aged Care (RAC) Management or senior clinical leadership positionsExperience leading large multidisciplinary teams including managers, team leaders, clinical, care and support teamsStrong working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation, and contemporary clinical practicesDemonstrated success in financial management and operational planningExceptional communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with residents, families, and employeesEmotionally intelligent, resilient, and able to navigate complex situations with empathy and professionalismCommitted to upholding our values and supporting a positive workplace culture.About UsFor almost 90 years, Fresh Hope Communities has been more than a provider, we've been a place where belonging is cultivated and every space feels like home.
