About the role:
A
s the
Media Adviser
,
you'll
step into a high‐impact role where
you'll
drive media stories, shape Ministerial speeches, and support key priorities.
You'll
also lead a strong social media presence to ensure clear and confident messaging.
In this pivotal role,
the

all communications are
strategic,
timely
and
al
igned
with the Minister's priorities.
Core requirements:
Social Media Management:
Experience in successfully creating and executing compelling content tailored to various social media platforms.
Qualified Writing:
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to develop diverse content, including media releases, Q&As;, talking points, speeches, and social media content.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Keen interest in and sound knowledge of current and emerging public policy issues, or the ability to rapidly




acquire
such knowledge.
Strategic Analysis:
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated capacity to
comprehend
complex issues, think strategically, and adapt
to chan
ging circumstances.
Due to the nature of this role, there may be a requirement to work outside of standard office hours, the ability to be
flexible in thi
s regard would be of advantage.
