Whether you are just starting your Behaviour Support career or have suitability levels Core, Proficient or Advanced , this is an opportunity to make a real impact, take ownership of your work, and continue building your capability in a supportive environment.If you enjoy solving complex challenges and seeing tangible progress in your work, you'll thrive here.In this role you will:Supporting NDIS participants, along with their families and carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planningOwning the assessment, development and delivery of evidence-based support plans within a complex support environmentDriving meaningful goals and measurable outcomes, using a positive behaviour support framework and a commitment to eliminating restrictive practicesEnsuring plans reflect each participant's goals, strengths and what matters most to themBuilding the capability, confidence and understanding of those supporting participants in their day-to-day livesWorking collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including mentoring less experienced practitionersTo be successful in this role you will have:A degree qualification as an allied health professionalExperience in report writingStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseloadA proactive, self-motivated approach,
