, As the Contracts Advisor, you will be responsible for managing sourcing and tendering activities across a range of operational and project contracts.Leading sourcing and tender activitiesPreparing and managing RFIs, RFQs and tender documentationConducting commercial evaluations and cost analysisNegotiating commercial terms and contract conditionsSupporting contractor selection and contract award recommendationsIdentifying and managing commercial and contractual risksWorking closely with operations,
maintenance and project teamsEnsuring procurement activities align with governance and compliance requirementsSupporting contract mobilisation and continuous commercial improvementAbout the CandidateTo be successful in this role you will demonstrate:Previous experience in Contracts, Procurement or Commercial rolesExperience managing tender processes from initiation through to awardStrong commercial negotiation skillsExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilitiesHigh level analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong commercial acumen and understanding of risk managementExcellent organisational and communication skillsHigh attention to detailIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelHighly RegardedPrevious experience within the mining, construction or heavy industry sectorsTertiary qualifications in Commerce, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related disciplineExperience working with ERP systems and tender platformsProfessional procurement qualifications (CIPS, CPSM or similar)Work Environment12-month contract4/3 day shift rosterDIDO opportunityMeals and accommodation provided whilst on siteWork within a collaborative commercial teamOpportunity to make a real impact on operational and project delivery
