Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to support the successful delivery of a major power station project in Queensland.This is a key leadership role responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining the project's quality management systems across all phases of delivery.
Working closely with project management, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams, you will ensure quality requirements are embedded throughout the project lifecycle and that all works are delivered in accordance with contractual, regulatory and client standards.The position will initially be based in the project office before transitioning to site on a 2:1 roster during the execution phase.This is an exciting chance to play a critical role on a large-scale energy infrastructure project while contributing to the delivery of one of Australia's significant power generation developments.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:2:1 roster with attractive site uplift and project benefitsSafety and wellbeing at the forefront of everything we do.Career development and long-term opportunities across Monadelphous' national project portfolio.Key responsibilities of the role include:Lead the development, implementation and management of the Project Quality Management PlanEstablish and maintain quality systems, procedures and processes aligned with project and client requirementsOversee all quality assurance and quality control activities throughout engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phasesManage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality documentation and project recordsCoordinate audits,



surveillance activities and quality assessments across project work frontsMonitor contractor and supplier compliance with quality requirements and specificationsManage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions and continuous improvement initiativesSupport vendor inspections, material verification and quality acceptance processesProvide quality leadership and guidance to project teams, supervisors and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with project specifications, Australian Standards, regulatory requirements and client expectationsPrepare quality reporting, KPI tracking and project performance updates for senior management and client stakeholdersSupport construction readiness, turnover, handover and commissioning quality requirementsFacilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement activities throughout project executionPromote a strong culture of quality, accountability and operational excellenceWhat you'll bring:10+ years' experience in quality management roles within construction, energy, power generation, mining, oil & gas or major infrastructure projectsDemonstrated experience as a Quality Manager, QA Manager or Senior Quality Advisor on large-scale construction projectsStrong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO **** requirementsExperience managing quality requirements across engineering, procurement,



construction and commissioning phasesProven capability leading audits, quality inspections, NCR management and continuous improvement programsExperience managing subcontractor and vendor quality performanceStrong understanding of Australian Standards and quality compliance requirementsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsStrong organisational, reporting and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to influence quality outcomes across diverse project teamsRelevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management or a related disciplineLead Auditor qualifications highly regardedLife at MonadelphousThere's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
