Together, the team supports the attraction and hiring of impactful talent across a diverse portfolio of academic and professional roles.As UOW continues to enhance and modernise its recruitment practices, you'll have the prospect to contribute ideas, challenge the status quo and help shape the future of talent acquisition at the University.What You'll BringDemonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment and partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure high-calibre talent.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide expert recruitment advice.Proven capability in sourcing, talent attraction and building candidate pipelines across diverse role types.A passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and promoting a positive employer brand.The ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders to achieve effective hiring outcomes.Strong organisational skills,
