Castle Hill BMW is seeking an Assistant Used Car Sales Manager to support our high-performing Used Vehicle Sales team and help drive continued success.
The Role Reporting to the Used Car Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership of the Used Vehicle Department.
You will assist in coaching and motivating the sales team, driving profitability, and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day management of the Used Vehicle Sales DepartmentCoach, mentor and develop Sales Consultants to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targetsDrive performance across sales volume, GPU and NPSManage customer enquiries, lead follow-up and relationship buildingEnsure accurate and timely completion of sales documentationPromote F&I;, aftermarket and other business opportunitiesSupport recruitment, onboarding and training of team membersEnsure compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirementsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious automotive sales experience Leadership or team supervision experience highly regarded Strong sales,
