This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to further develop their leadership capability while working closely with clients to deliver high-quality accounting, taxation, and advisory solutions.Based in modern Newcastle CBD offices, you will be part of a collaborative and high-performing team that values innovation, excellence, and client success.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to a Director, you will:Manage a portfolio of business clients across a variety of industriesProvide accounting, taxation, and business advisory servicesReview financial statements, tax returns, and compliance workLead, mentor, and develop a team of accountantsProvide technical guidance and support to team membersBuild and maintain strong,



trusted client relationshipsAssist Directors with client advisory matters and business development initiativesDrive quality outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvementAbout YouYou are an experienced public practice accountant who enjoys partnering with clients, solving complex business challenges, and developing high-performing teams.With strong technical expertise and leadership capability, you are confident managing client relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes.QualificationsCA or CPA qualified (essential)Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalentSkills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience within Business Services & TaxStrong technical accounting and taxation knowledgeExperience managing client relationships and advising business ownersDemonstrated leadership, mentoring, or team management experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProactive approach with a commitment to delivering quality outcomesWhat's on Offer?
