As a Quality Manager, you will champion safe, inclusive and respectful learning environments while supporting leaders to embed child-safe practices, meaningful cultural inclusion and exceptional educational experiences across every service.
Your Impact as Quality Manager
In this role, you will:
Coach,
mentor and develop Educational Leaders, Centre Directors and educator teams
Drive curriculum excellence across multiple services
Lead quality improvement initiatives and support centres towards Exceeding outcomes
Conduct quality audits and provide practical coaching to strengthen educational practice
Support centres in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
Lead professional learning, curriculum workshops and induction programs
Build solid partnerships with Centre Leadership Teams and Operations
Develop educational resources and contribute to Harmony Academy content
Support succession planning and educator development
Inspire reflective practice, innovation and continuous improvement

About You
You are an experienced educational leader who combines deep curriculum knowledge with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop others.
You bring:
A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) (desirable)
Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership position such as Educational Leader, Centre Director or Early Childhood Teacher
Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
Strong experience leading curriculum development, coaching educators and driving quality improvement
Outstanding communication, mentoring and relationship-building skills
Experience facilitating professional learning and leading educational change
A current Working with Children Check/Blue Card
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between services
Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko with a current Certificate of Completion
