Job DescriptionThe Anna Centre is seeking an experienced Counsellor to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will provide counselling and psychosocial support to individuals across EAP and wellbeing programs.
This position does not involve Medicare-rebatable services.You will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment with solid administrative systems, allowing you to focus on client care and outcomes.Key responsibilitiesDeliver individual counselling and psychosocial supportConduct comprehensive client intakes and assessmentsDevelop, implement and review client support plansDeliver evidence-based counselling interventionsMonitor client progress and adjust interventions as requiredPrepare accurate and timely clinical notes and reportsCommunicate effectively with referrers and internal stakeholdersMaintain compliant client records in line with legislation and policyParticipate in service delivery,
