Job Description
Join us in Melton South as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment.
This permanent, part time role offers 30 hours per week.
You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: ***********am (Rise then Shine) and ***********pm (Stay and Play).

About the role
The role is designed for someone ready to step up and develop as a leader.
With support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team, there will be many opportunities where you'll gain hands‐on leadership experience while making a genuine impact in your local school community.
You will also play a key role in the ongoing growth and success with this school.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
Build your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
Create exciting, child‐led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities
Qualifications
Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
State working‐with‐children check
National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
