A day in the life:As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong supplier partnerships, negotiating market‐leading travel offers and ensuring a consistent pipeline of products that support our sales and growth objectives.Manage the contracting process year‐round across your assigned destinations and product portfolioNegotiate competitive rates, inclusions and offers with key travel, tourism and accommodation partnersBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long‐term commercial successIdentify new product opportunities and work with partners to create compelling holiday packagesDevelop and maintain a pipeline of offers to support promotional activity across our distribution channelsCollaborate with airline partners (if applicable) to secure tactical airfare opportunities that enhance the customer offeringWork closely with Marketing, Revenue, Air, Finance and Operations teams to bring offers to market successfullyMonitor market trends,



competitor activity and destination performance to identify opportunities for growthEnsure contracts, rates and product information are accurate and maintained within agreed timelinesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a collaborative, high‐performing Product teamWho you are:You're a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives on negotiation, collaboration and delivering great outcomes for customers, suppliers and the business.Experience in travel product, contracting, tourism, hospitality or a similarly commercial setting will be highly regardedStrong negotiation skills and confidence managing supplier relationships at all levelsExcellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teamsStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesA commercial mindset and an ability to identify opportunities that deliver value for both customers and partnersStrong communication and presentation skillsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomesA proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative approach to problem‐solvingA passion for travel and creating exceptional holiday experiencesWhat you'll enjoy:Ongoing skills developmentCatapult your career across a network of brands and businesses in an evolving industrySay no to full price!
