Based in regional Queensland (ideally Townsville), you'll work with employers across Queensland, building long-term relationships and delivering workforce solutions that genuinely make a difference.This is far more than a recruitment role.
You'll become a trusted advisor to employers, helping them plan strategically for future workforce needs and guiding them through Australia's skilled migration process with the support of our specialist recruitment and migration teams.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Corporate Sales and CEO, you will:Develop new business opportunities across regional Queensland.Build strong relationships with business owners, HR Managers and operational leaders.Meet with employers to understand workforce shortages and recruitment challenges.Present tailored workforce and skilled migration solutions.Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to signed agreements.Work closely with our recruitment and migration teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.Represent Workforce Abundance at industry events, networking functions and employer presentations.Maintain accurate records within our CRM and sales systems.About YouYou'll be someone who enjoys meeting people,



solving problems and building long-term business relationships.Ideally you'll have experience in:Recruitment and strategic workforce solutionsBusiness development or account managementHR consulting or workforce planningSkilled migration (highly regarded but not essential)B2B salesYou will also possess:Excellent communication and presentation skillsA consultative sales approachHigh levels of organisation and self-motivationThe ability to work independently while being part of a national teamA current Australian Driver's LicenceWhy Join Workforce Abundance?
