programme and commercial outcomes are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate subcontractors and site activities to ensure efficient project delivery.Manage design coordination and resolve technical issues with consultants and subcontractors.Assist with project programming and short-term planning.Monitor quality, programme and construction progress.Support procurement and management of subcontract packages.Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout project delivery.What We're Looking ForDegree qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.Experience delivering commercial, residential, health or education projects with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.Strong technical knowledge and problem‐solving ability.Experience coordinating subcontractors and consultants.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A proactive approach and genuine commitment to safety and quality.We value the knowledge, experience, and perspectives of First Nation peoples, and strongly encourage applications from First Nation candidates.RCC has a Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) in place.
