About the Opportunity Local to Reeves Plains and surrounding areas, Genus is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team and support delivery of the Reeves Plains Energy Hub – 250 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project, located approximately 50 km north of Adelaide.
We are delivering the design, supply, construction, and commissioning of this landmark renewable energy asset.
This greenfield project requires strong leadership, technical oversight, and an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and compliance in a high‐voltage, fast‐paced construction environment.
Your Role & Responsibilities As the Senior Electrical Supervisor, you will lead all electrical works across critical project infrastructure, including:
Team leadership- mentoring and managing trades personnel and subcontractors
Daily coordination- overseeing on‐site operations and acting as the key link between project and engineering teams
Safety & quality enforcement- ensuring strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Site reporting- preparing accurate daily site reports
Work pack creation- developing electrical work packs from IFC drawings




Material Take Offs- completing MTOs from IFC drawings for crews and subcontractors

You will bring:
Relevant electrical trade qualifications and certifications
Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in the electrical industry
Experience with ACONEX or similar construction project management software
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills
