Every person.About the RoleBuildCam is expanding in Western Australia, and we're looking for an experienced Leading Hand / Operations Supervisor to help establish and grow our Perth operation.This is a full-time, fixed-term 12-month contract with a view to permanency for the right candidate.
As our Western Australian operation continues to grow, this role offers an excellent opportunity to establish yourself within the business and build a long-term career with the Buildsafe Group.Reporting to the Head of Field Execution, you'll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our Perth team, ensuring installers are prepared for each day's work, managing our warehouse, and building strong relationships with clients across the region.This is a hands-on leadership role that suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, leading by example and building a positive team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the daily operations of BuildCam in Perth, ensuring installers are prepared and ready for each day's work.Liaise with Site Supervisors,
