This role is designed as a pathway to Area Manager, giving you exposure to multi-site leadership and regional operations.This role will be located at a Primary School within the region where you will be the service leader, but provide support across the region Warrnambool & Surrounds.
This role will work in service for half the week and conduct service visits the remainder of the week.You'll work closely with your Senior Area Manager to strengthen performance,
build team capability and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across your cluster.You WillSupport and mentor Coordinators across multiple services to build capability and confidenceProvide on-the-ground leadership by stepping into services as neededDrive high-quality programming aligned to the TheirCare approachBuild robust relationships across multiple school communitiesSupport compliance, administration and performance outcomes across your clusterAssist with rostering, engagement and team development initiativesContribute to continuous improvement across quality, safety and operationsHours: Monday to Friday with a mix of split shifts, service visits and dedicated admin time — no weekend work!
About YouYou are an experienced OSHC or childcare professional ready to broaden your impact across multiple services.
You enjoy mentoring others, solving problems and driving consistent, high-quality outcomes.You Will HavePrevious experience as an OSHC Coordinator (or similar leadership role)A passion for developing people and building team capabilityStrong understanding of compliance, programming and service deliveryConfidence working across multiple sites and adapting to different environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsQualifications & RequirementsCompleted an ACECQA diploma recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services or similar)A valid Employee Working with Children CheckWillingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, food safety & mandatory reporting certificatesNational Criminal History Check (within 6 months)Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the regionGecko – National Child Safety TrainingAt TheirCare, child safety and wellbeing is our top priority—we are committed to creating a safe, supportive environment for children, families, and staff alike.
