Reporting to the CFO, you will partner closely with the General Manager and executive leadership team, providing commercial insights that drive profitability, operational performance and strategic decision-making.This is a highly visible role offering exposure to senior leadership while playing a key part in the continued growth of a well-established, market-leading business.You'll also play an important role in driving continuous improvement across reporting, planning and decision-support processes while helping shape a best-in-class commercial finance function.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior operational and commercial leaders to improve business performanceDeliver meaningful commercial analysis and financial insights to support strategic decision-makingLead the annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processesProvide P&L;,



balance sheet, cash flow and KPI reportingAnalyse manufacturing costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability and marginsSupport pricing strategies, product profitability analysis and customer commercial evaluationsDevelop financial models and business cases for capital investments and growth initiativesCollaborate with sales, operations and supply chain teams on demand planning and inventory optimisationDrive improvements in reporting, financial planning and business intelligenceEnsure strong financial governance, controls and complianceAbout You To be successful in this role you will bring:CA, CPA or CIMA qualificationDemonstrated experience in a Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering rolePrevious experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar product-based environmentStrong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, profitability and margin analysisAdvanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BIOutstanding communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersA proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvementThe confidence to challenge thinking and drive better commercial outcomesIf you're looking for an opportunity to step into a highly commercial leadership role where your work will have a genuine impact on business performance, we'd love to hear from you.
