not just reports that sit in a folder.Find better ways of doing things instead of accepting "that's how we've always done it."Build systems that allow frontline staff to spend more time changing lives and less time chasing paperwork.If that excites you...Keep reading.What You'll Be LeadingYou'll oversee the teams that keep Crosslinks moving:Participant IntakeSchedulingPlan SupportOperational AdministrationTogether, these teams are responsible for ensuring every participant receives the right support, at the right time, from the right people.You'll work alongside our operational leaders to make sure our services are efficient, financially sustainable and centred on exceptional participant outcomes.What Success Looks LikeAfter your first 12 months you will have:Reduced participant cancellationsIncreased workforce utilisationReduced reliance on agency staffImproved participant onboarding timesIncreased participant satisfactionBuilt stronger operational systemsCreated an engaged, high-performing support teamUsed data to drive smarter operational decisionsYou'll Love This Role If You...Love leading people rather than simply managing them.Enjoy solving complex operational challenges.Get excited by improving systems and processes.Believe data should drive decisions.Like finding smarter ways of working.Can switch from strategy to hands-on problem solving when needed.Enjoy collaborating across multiple teams.Want to genuinely improve the lives of people with disability.We're Looking for Someone Who HasLeadership experience within disability, health, aged care or community services.Strong operational management experience.Excellent understanding of the NDIS.Experience leading scheduling or service delivery teams.Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.A passion for continuous improvement.Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced environment.The ability to inspire others and build great workplace culture.Bonus points if you've worked with FlowLogic or similar client management systems.Why Crosslinks?
