In this role, you will lead a team of Operations Coordinators and work in partnership with the Team Leader Recruitment Doctors in Training and Administrative teams to deliver an efficient, compliant, and well-supported medical junior workforce.The Operations team plays a critical role in workforce planning and management, with responsibilities including doctor rostering, rotation planning, training coordination,
