This role is critical in ensuring the efficient coordination of daily transport activities, while maintaining high service standards and operational excellence.The OpportunityYou will take ownership of the Metro Electric Vehicle HR function, overseeing both coordinators and drivers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
You will play a key role in managing scheduling priorities, responding to operational changes, and driving performance across the team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and manage a team of coordinators and rigid drivers to achieve operational targetsOversee daily transport planning, ensuring all movements are executed efficiently and on timeManage and respond to last-minute changes, urgent requests, and operational disruptionsProvide supervision and support to Metro EV Coordinators and Drivers, ensuring compliance and performance standards are metCollaborate closely with the Metro Semi Supervisor and other internal departments to align operationsWork with coordinators to prioritise urgent, high-value,
