We are what you're looking for.The RoleThe Change Specialist plays a key role in building change capability within Grain Technology andmaintainingfit-for-purpose change frameworks and tools.With a strong focus on the people side of change, this role supports the delivery of process,systemand organisational initiatives by implementing effective change plans that minimise resistance and maximise engagement.This role is offered on a fixed term basis until September ****.Responsibilitiesinclude:Analyse current end-to-end Country Quality sampling processesAttend Visual Analysis workshops and work closely with Project teams to develop new processesConduct gap analysis and change impact assessments across processes and rolesDevelop and deliver stakeholder engagement, presentationpacksand materialsSupport change agents to effectively embed key messagesEnsure change activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverablesAbout You:Experience delivering project,systemor process-driven change across diverse stakeholdersTertiary qualification in Business,HRor related discipline (highly regarded)Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologiesSkilled in developing and delivering engaging materials and workshopsExcellent stakeholder engagement, coaching and influencing skillsStrong analytical and conceptual thinking, with confidence to challenge the status quoWhy work with CBH?
