This is a hands on full-time position that plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and strategic success of our attraction.
As Attraction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth.
This is an integral leadership position within our operation.Key responsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the attraction, including staff scheduling, guest services and facility maintenanceManage financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost controlRecruit, train, supervise and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiencesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to increase visitor numbers and enhance brand awarenessEnsure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements at all timesMonitor guest satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and implement improvements based on insightsMaintain attraction facilities and equipment to the highest standardsLiaise with suppliers,
contractors and external partners to support operational needsReport on performance metrics and key performance indicators to senior managementWhat we're looking forProven experience in attraction management, preferably in a go karting environmentStrong leadership and team management capabilities with experience recruiting and developing staffDemonstrated ability to drive guest satisfaction and maintain high service standardsKnowledge of health, safety and compliance requirements in the attraction industryStrong marketing and sales experience to drive visitor numbers and revenue generationProblem-solving capability and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environmentAbility to learn relevant computer systems and operational software applicationsCurrent driver's licence (preferred)What we offerWe provide a competitive remuneration package appropriate to experience and qualifications.
