Upcoming Defence and Infrastructure remediation projectsInitially Balcatta based with site travelBridge the gap between design and constructionTHE ROLEHelp deliver the day-to-day operations and drive the onsite mechanical effort on structural integrity projectsAlong with planning and coordination of works, equipment and personnel, duties include:Day-to-day site supervision and management of your teamEnsure site productivity aligns with project timelinesLead the team on productive secure work behaviourSet up and pack up of site, including contributing to pre-start and toolbox meetingsCo-ordination of employees and subcontractorsCommunication with internal and external stakeholdersLiaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to scheduleCompletion of QA and HSE paperworkThis position is part of a joint venture between Ertech and Duratec, and applicants will be considered for opportunities across both partners.ABOUT YOUQualifications and requirementsMechanical/Fabrication trade Certificate and/or construction qualificationsWhite cardDrivers LicenseAustralian Citizenship (requirement for Defence projects)Working Experience:Prior experience in the construction and remediation industry, preferrable on structural integrity projectsMinimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in relevant industry.Positive conflict resolution, communications and influencing skillsSound reporting writing skills with the ability to write comprehensive reportsExtensive project delivery skills, including budgeting,
