The OpportunityWe are seeking a driven and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our Telco and Metering Services team within Downer Energy and Utilities, based in High Wycombe, WA.This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of the On Demand Module (ODM) program across Western Australia.
Supporting a key client in the telecommunications sector, you will ensure work is delivered safely on time and within budget while consistently exceeding customer expectations.You will lead internal teams and manage subcontractors across multiple work fronts, acting as a key escalation point and ensuring supervisors and crews are effectively coordinated on site.
