Shifts: 27-Jul to 2-Aug: AM **********) @ $280/hr, PM ********** + on call *********) @ $280/hr + $250 recall. 3-Aug to 9-Aug: AM **********) @ $260/hr, PM ********** + on call *********) @ $260/hr + $250 recall.
