We're looking for an experienced and motivated
Senior Physiotherapist
to join our multidisciplinary team.
Whether your passion lies in paediatrics, adults, disability, neurological rehabilitation, community-based therapy, or a combination of areas, we'll work with you to create a caseload that aligns with your experience, interests, and professional goals.

About the Role
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based services to clients across a range of settings, while providing leadership, mentoring, and support to the broader team.
Your caseload can be tailored to your skills and passions, allowing you to focus on the work that inspires you most.

Develop a caseload aligned with your skills, experience and professional interests
Key Responsibilities
Deliver assessment, intervention and therapy services to clients with diverse needs.
Develop person-centred treatment plans that support meaningful outcomes.
Collaborate with families, carers, support teams, schools,
medical practitioners and other stakeholders.
Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to early-career physiotherapists and allied health professionals.
Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Support a positive, collaborative and growth-focused team culture.
About You
You are an experienced physiotherapist who values clinical excellence, innovation, and building genuine relationships with clients and colleagues.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy.
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
Minimum 5 years' clinical experience (or equivalent senior-level experience).
Strong assessment, treatment planning and clinical reasoning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
Highly Regarded
Experience working within NDIS and disability services.
Paediatric physiotherapy experience.
Neurological rehabilitation experience.
Previous supervision, mentoring or leadership experience.
