Accounts Officer
Miami Bakehouse Group is seeking an accounts all-rounder to join our Mandurah finance team, supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
The Role
Working 18 hours per week, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
From payroll and accounts payable to reconciliations and month-end support, you'll work as part of a collaborative finance team.
Flexibility to assist with additional hours when required will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
• Accounts Payable support
• End-to-end payroll processing
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Sales reconciliations
• Month-end support
About You
You will have:
• Previous Australian payroll experience
• MYOB and intermediate Excel skills




• Intermediate level MYOB skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• A reliable and proactive approach
• Australian work rights are required for this position
