Description
Supporting a large portfolio, this role partners with executive leaders across corporate functions.
You'll operate with a high level of autonomy while contributing to broader people initiatives and organisational priorities.
About the role:
Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
Partner with senior stakeholders to provide end-to-end HR support across assigned functions
Provide guidance on employment legislation, awards, and compliance requirements
Work collaboratively with internal HR specialists to deliver integrated solutions




Coach leaders on performance management, talent development, and workforce planning
Profile
Demonstrated experience in a true HR Business Partner role
Strong employee relations capability, with confidence managing complex and sensitive cases
Ability to build credibility and influence at executive level, particularly in formal settings
Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations
Relevant qualification in HR, IR, or related discipline (preferred but not essential with experience)
