Impact Advisory
Our Impact Advisory team work with government, corporates, Aboriginal corporations, funds and community organisations on issues where clarity, judgement and evidence matter.
Our services include:
Strategy & Governance
– organisational, program and collaboration strategies; governance reviews; feasibility studies and business cases.
Impact Measurement & Evaluation
– outcomes frameworks, impact measurement systems, process and impact evaluations, cost-benefit analysis and continuous improvement.
Corporate Sustainability & Investment
– Social impact strategies; social procurement; social and impact investment fund design.
Enterprise Development
– business model development, growth strategy, investment readiness, capability building and revenue diversification.
Convening & Systems Change
– stakeholder engagement, collective impact initiatives, ecosystem development and cross-sector collaboration.
About the Role
We are looking for an
Impact Analyst and/or Impact Consultant
to join our growing advisory team.
The role will primarily support Impact Advisory, with opportunities to contribute across Enterprise Development, Impact Investment and Advocacy.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical and motivated by positive social impact.
You will work alongside experienced consultants to help organisations strengthen strategy, improve impact, build capability and solve complex challenges.
You will contribute to projects across government, philanthropy, not-for-profit,



Aboriginal community-controlled organisations, social enterprises and business.
Depending on your experience, this may include research, evaluation, stakeholder engagement, strategy, workshop design and facilitation, impact measurement and project management.
This role would suit someone with approximately
2+ years of relevant experience (Analyst)
or
5+ years of experience (Consultant)
in consulting, program management, strategy, policy, research, evaluation, social impact, community development or related fields.
What You'll Do
Research & Analysis -
Undertake qualitative, quantitative and financial analysis to inform client projects and strategic decisions.
Problem Solving -
Work with clients and project teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities and develop practical solutions.
Project Delivery -
Support project planning and delivery, including workplans, coordination, timelines and stakeholder management.
Stakeholder Engagement -
Build positive relationships with clients, partners, community members and other stakeholders.
Workshop Support -
Assist with the design, preparation and facilitation of workshops, consultations and engagement activities.
Reporting & Communication -
Prepare clear, compelling presentations, reports and other client-facing materials.
Business Development -
Support proposal writing, research and client engagement.
Team Contribution -
Contribute to a cooperative, purpose-driven team culture.

Ideal Experience
Experience in consulting, strategy, policy, research, evaluation, program management, community development or social impact.
Experience working with government, not-for-profits, Aboriginal organisations, philanthropy, social enterprises or community organisations.
Experience in impact measurement, evaluation or outcomes management (desirable).
Experience supporting workshops, stakeholder engagement or community consultation (desirable).
A degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Law, Community Development or a related discipline; or
Equivalent professional experience demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving and project delivery capabilities.
