We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic and reliable Operations and Client Services Assistant with strong administration and customer service experience to support the delivery of client services and branch operations.
Based at our Illawarra branch in Warrawong, this is a part time position (12 hours per week) working 9am – 1pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
About the Role
This is an exciting, fast-paced role at the heart of our Illawarra branch, helping create a welcoming, organised and positive experience for the women we support, our volunteers and our community partners.
As an integral member of the team, you'll help keep the branch running smoothly while supporting the delivery of our client services programs.
You will:
Assist with client appointment administration and the preparation of daily service schedules.
Staff the reception area and be a welcoming first point of contact for clients, volunteers and visitors.
Assist with the collection and administration of client stories, photographs, and consent documentation.
Assist with social media content preparation and posting to support client services, volunteer engagement, fundraising activities and community awareness.
Provide administrative support for volunteer management.




Assist with the coordination of outreach activities, community engagement events, and group workshops.
Accurately enter and maintain data in Salesforce CRM.
About You
Reliable, organised and experienced administration and operations professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Essential:
Minimum three years' experience in administration with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and sensitively with clients, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
Strong computer and digital literacy skills, including high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and use organisational systems and databases.
Experience preparing or posting content for social media platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling client, volunteer and organisational information.
Desirable:
Experience working in a community, not-for-profit,



or volunteer-based environment
Experience using CRM, volunteer management, rostering or booking systems, preferably Salesforce, Volgistics or similar platforms
Current First Aid Certificate.
The successful candidate will be required to hold (or be able to obtain) a current NSW Working with Children Check and have unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
An Australian Police Check is also required before offer of employment.
