genU is looking for an enthusiastic Overnight Support Worker who can team up with our customer to help them unleash their full potential.
You will be making real impact by being a support buddy to our customer through various community activities.

What You'll Do
Support person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals and working to achieve them
Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting and medication administration
Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed
Administration duties and mandatory reporting
What You'll Bring
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or Higher [CHC*****, CHC*****, CHC*****, CHC*****]
Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships;
Ability to follow Person Centred plans and assist people to achieve their goals and outcomes;
An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities;




Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
A valid drivers licence and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with genU motor vehicle allowance rebate).
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
