About the Role
This is a full-time, fixed term role ending on 23 April ****.
Join ARTRAGE as our Partnerships Coordinator, supporting the development team to deliver high-impact outcomes across our FRINGE WORLD Festival, Rooftop Movies and other fun projects.
In this role you will manage a portfolio of supplier, community and partnership accounts while supporting the servicing and delivery of major corporate, government and media partnerships.
What you'll do:
Support the Partnerships Manager in building and maintaining positive, values-aligned relationships with partners across FRINGE WORLD Festival, Rooftop Movies and other ARTRAGE projects
Coordinate the delivery of contracted partnership benefits, ensuring all obligations are delivered accurately and on schedule
Provide day-to-day partner servicing, maintaining regular communication and supporting the delivery of partnership commitments across a portfolio of accounts
Coordinate the collection of partner assets including logos, artwork, approvals and promotional materials.
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Operations, Programming, Production and Finance to coordinate partnership deliverables.
Support the planning and delivery of partner and stakeholder engagement events.
What you'll bring
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Solid stakeholder servicing and relationship management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
