Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a professional, energetic Receptionist to join our high-performing team at our beautiful office near the Adelaide CBD.

What you will be doing
You will be the welcoming face and voice of Hickinbotham, helping keep our front-of-house operations running smoothly and professionally.
Your day-to-day will include:
Answering and directing incoming calls
Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Managing couriers, deliveries, and mail
Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Supporting the wider team with administration tasks
About you
You are organised, confident,



and naturally personable.
You can juggle multiple priorities, and you genuinely enjoy helping people.
You will also bring:
A professional presentation and communication style
Strong organisational and time management skills
A proactive, can-do attitude
The ability to think on your feet and solve problems
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic
Be available for part-time hours, Monday to Friday (hours flexible for the right candidates)
